Management Team

O'Neal Sutton III, President/General Manager, has over 32 years of diversified hands-on experience in program management, field operation and overall strategic business operation as EF&I's President and General Manager. O'Neal began his career in 1983 in field operations engaged with a team to build the original Sprint wireless long distance network throughout the west and southwest. Since those early days, O'Neal has continued his career in progressive management positions responsible for leadership and oversight of personnel and resources for several large-scale turnkey network deployment programs utilizing all mediums including; optical, wireless and copper technologies. O'Neal is currently responsible for all corporate operations as the General Manager of EF&I Services Corp and its wireless subsidiary Granger Telecom Corp. O'Neal is a member of the California Telephone Associate (CalCom), California Wireless Associate (CWA), Texas Telephone Association (TTA), and the Association of Railway System Supplier (RSSI). In addition, O'Neal is a former founder and served on the Board of Directors for a publicly traded Banking institution.

Keith M. Miller, Senior Manager - Business Operations, a seasoned business operations veteran, has over 23 years in telecom services delivery and business operations from the field level to Executive level. Keith has experience with Service provider companies as well as OEM companies. Keith began his career in 1993 in field services delivery with several EF&I services companies before joining Point to Point Communications. Keith was tasked to help diversify the company by developing an EF&I division within PPCI that would service OEM and Carrier class customers at the National level. As the Director, National Operations, Keith was task to develop, build and manage an EF&I operations div. of which he was able to do successfully, growing the PPCI EF&I division multimillion dollar annual sales. Point to Point was acquired by Dycom Industries for 63M for the EF&I division. Keith joined OEM Tellabs Inc. as Area Manager for the US, SW market. Keith moved to Regional Manager over the NE markets for EF&I services. Keith joined TIS Communications as Sr. VP, EF&I Operations. Keith remained with TIS for 8 years. In 2010, Keith was tasked to develop a new EF&I Services start-up company OpticTec Inc. as President of EF&I Services Delivery. Keith joined Tempest Telecom as a Sr. Manager where he managed Verizon LTE power expansions. micro wave and Fiber services deliveries for carrier networks. Keith joined Concise, a DAS company as Director, National Operations, supporting both large venue and small business DAS/Small Cell delivery. Keith joined Baran Telecom as a Senior Manager, Business Operations, to develop a new division for enterprise fiber and wireline. Keith joined Ericsson as Construction Manager supporting the Sprint 65mhz account. Keith joined Mastec as Director, Regional Operations for the SE/PR/RM regions for DAS and Small Cell delivery for AT&T’s ASG & VW before joining Granger Telecom as the Sr. Business Operations Manager. Keith has managed operations for services delivery his entire career.

B.J. Baldwin, Director of Marketing & Business Development, has over 35 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with emphasis on microwave radio.  B.J. began his telecom career with an engineering and contracting firm in operations management and sales management positions, and at an accelerated rate had to learn, adapt, and function as a Microwave Engineer/ Sales Engineer.  Prior to re-joining Granger Telecom B.J. was an Independent Telecom Consultant providing professional services to various industry clients. He has experience in EF&I turnkey projects, microwave path engineering and system configuration, as well as a background that includes satellite communications, two-way radio, fiber optics, electrical construction, and SCADA.  Additionally, B.J. is an experienced technical sales engineering and marketing professional with a record of successful generation and building of productive, long-lasting, client and vendor relationships.   B.J. is responsible for sales, business development, marketing, client relationship management, site surveys and physical site audits.  B.J.�s other responsibilities are to assist with proposal development, project management and engineering. Throughout his career B.J. has attended several microwave radio and satellite communications engineering courses, seminars, and radio schools.
